Big wide Tanto harkening a “Hocho” or “kitchen knife” style of shape by Howard Clark in Hirazukuri style. Forge folded piece which Howard Clark ceased making a few years ago. This tanto has a gently undulating hamon in notare. There is some very minor ware along the habuchi on one side, but nothing serious and they will detract little from the work once polished.
