Twig Bundles Menuki

Shakudo menuki of bundles of twigs and flowers with ropes and shouldering staff. Nicely carved with good color. I’ve seen this subject before, but have been unable to find any solid story line for it. So, your guess is as good as mine on the symbolism. If you know, please tell me so I don’t have to guess next time I see it again. In any event, they are in great condition and are nice for mounting or for a collection.
